With a background in hospitality and event planning, she developed a deep appreciation for listening, problem-solving, and creating positive experiences during important life moments. Those same skills now allow her to help clients navigate one of the most significant financial and emotional decisions they will ever make.

While she proudly serves traditional home sellers and buyers throughout South Florida, DeAnne has also pursued specialized training in Foreclosure alternatives (CDPE), military relocation (MiLRES), senior downsizing (SRES), and probated & inherited transactions. These certifications allow her to provide knowledgeable, compassionate guidance to clients facing unique life circumstances and equip them to make confident decisions throughout their real estate journey.

Although much of her business focuses on helping homeowners sell and transition into their next chapter, DeAnne also finds great joy in helping first-time homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership. She believes informed buyers become confident homeowners, which is why she takes the time to educate her clients on available programs, financing options, and every step of the home-buying process.
